Hi Everyone!

I'm new to this website and just finding my way around. These animation challenges look like good practice, so I'm going to take a stab at them. I'll post some work for the audio challenge soon.

Did some quick blocking in 2D to play around with ideas. Might start working in 3D tomorrow.

Here is the rough Blocking in 3D, I may have to tinker with the timing still. If anyone has any criticism I'd be grateful! :D

Put it in Linear and finished most of the keys for the character on the right I think. Guy on the left still needs a lot of work. Please tell me anything you see wrong, I know theres much to fix and I could use the critique. thx!

Hi magice161,

Nice work so far. I really like your animation. It's flowing pretty nicely. My one suggestion might just be a preference thing. I think that your character on the right should hold his pose a little longer. Try using a holding pose with his hands still out, or a relaxed position with enough of a hold to allow the character on the left enough time to walk away and express his confusion. That way the character on the right show's that he is waiting for an explanation before he realizes that it's just useless to ask and leans on the post.

Try acting it out, just to get the timing down.

Just an idea. What do you think?

I'll try incorporating that idea once I finish the animation for the guy on the left, thank you Splinter. Still working at it but I don't think I will be able to finish in time this month, but I'll probably still post it later even though it'll be late.
