ok, what i'm seeing so far with subDs;
a lot of control over the tesselation (much like Nurbs, but not regular polys)
arbitrary varying topology... muscles going up or down on the same surface ( unlike patch modeling with nurbs)
I do not Have to freaking Stich :buttrock: :eek:
i can choose to put localize details on areas i want (different levels of details)
all the poly toolsets (texturing should not be too hard... i'll post my "First Poly/Sub Character once i finish and my first Nurbs head [yr 2002 or so] sometime this weekend.. or when i have the time :blush:
Me Like SUBDs... Me like atlo... but i still love patch modeling... it just feels more intuitive and intruiging, and i think more. heheh
