AAHH kill the color one...!!! aahh

ok thoughts...

the anayome loks good, maybe lighten the lines on the face too many to close together it looks too heave and muddled

the lines on the breasts are too dark.

on the color one a green background is a weird choice... it clashes with the skin color too much...

on skin shading i would suggest starting with solid white and working to a light peach to a dirty pink to a dark brown...

skin color base with black shadows just do it man :)

good sketch... bad coloring

those are my thoughts take em with a grain of salt 2 shots of tequila and a wedge of lemon :)

I agree... The coloured one is horrible. Trash that, you won't make it work.
The drawing itself is decent... nice confident lines, and a solid handle on representing form. However, the anatomy is very iffy... You definitely need to keep practicing. I think you'll get really good at it, but this ain't there just yet.
I'm thinking also that a finer tip pen would better suit this. Maybe something that gives you greater variety of line thickness...
Since it's super-early on the Photoshop colour, it's pretty understandable that what you did was so icky. The stuff you'll be doing a year from now should be pretty swell, is my prediction. Also, utilizing a computer program like PS is the way to explore colour. I never touched colour until working in PS.

Some advice from a "regular" here:
I saw that on another thread that you were upset at the number of replies to your image... A coupla things I've noticed is that A) You'll get more response if your image appears with your post... having a link cuts your chances for responses in half, and B) On average, you can expect 1 to 2 replies for every hundred viewings. If that's not enough for you, then post the same image at several different sites and you're bound to get steadier feedback.

Now I see that you say: "I've already forgotten this drawing and i'm on another more dark..."

Well. Are you abandoning the first pic now? Have you read the rules for the threads?
I suggest that you hold off posting an image unless you're serious about pursuing it past the sketch stage. Traffic is thin enough in the 2D section as it is... please don't water it down further with images that can't even hold your attention longer than a day or two.

Finally, for what it's worth, the bending of the wrist on the vampires lower hand is way off.

waoo.. expeditif man! I think u didn't understand what I mean by "forgotten " my english is poor and what i wanted to say is that i can't stay a long time in the same drowing.. it's my way of working : i have to work on many drowing at the same time because i'm "impatient" that's why I post my work ... to have another look on it.. You don't have to treat me like a child that just had a "caprice" (again: sorry for my english, i'm poor in vocabulary). It's the same with the vampire... and other drowing i 'm working on: I worked yesterday on the vampire on and get back on the fary, today i'm on another one (some knight demon)
... all of them will go to something "final" but this will take the time I need... cause we're not all the same and don't work the same way either... I'me not looking for having responses for each visit on my thread, but after 2 days and no critics (even bad), I get a little bit unsatisfied of mysefle.. (thanx to ebola0001, I had at least one constructive critic, 2 with yours)
sorry if you misanderstood and get "ungry" (my voc...) against me
And thank u for your critics that will certainly help me to progress

Okay, well that clears things up, ha ha!
I understand this method of working very well -- it's also my method. :D
You understand my reaction, I hope.

Again, as far as feedback goes... if you really gotta have feedback ASAP, then post on different sites. Although CGTalk has a high volume of traffic, that traffic is mostly in the 3D and FINISHED forums... The 2D w.i.p. is probably the least traffiked of all.

Get specific with your questions... do you want people to critique some aspect of your lighting, or composition, or perspective? Giving people something to go on can sometimes speed up the reaction-time, and also give you advice that's truly helpful.

Sometimes it's frustrating if no-one's responding, but everyone has that experience. It's the nature of the beast.

Now, fix that arm. ;)

I understand your reaction... i would have reacted the same if there was some selfish persone that posts only for his own gratification and his ego... for these drowings, these are done relatively quickly (during my work or a 3d rendering) and are for my "study" of the color methode....so I think peaple can give me there opinion on the coloring and how they proceed for there own work...
thanks again, you seem to be a pationnated personne ,just like me, and your reaction will certainly help me to be more attentif on what I write on my posts..
