Nice work. For how long do you draw?

Nice. But you should work more on your shading, try things as hatching or cross-hatching. You should also work more on anatomy, specially on the hand. Here you have drawn her pinky finger bigger than her palm, which is incorrect.
I would love to see the rest of your drawings.

Do you learn by yourself? If yes, then start learning proportions. For example, if the last drawing the line of eyes goes in the middle of the human head. Just look in the mirror.

I learn by my self during the summer mainly and during school times my art teacher shows me some stuff. But I noticed the eyes were a little high up when i started rendering.. Its fixed on my next sketch, cant wait till I finish it and upload it lol

edit: Uploaded sketch.

Looks already better, but there are still mistakes with the proportions.
His ears are a bit too small.
And his hairs aren't rendered... They look flat.

Perhaps go through Andrew Loomis - Drawing the Head and Hands?
The book is great.

But anyway you're on a good way, just go on! :)

Try to draw more than faces. I understand that you may see them as beautiful pieces of anatomy, but do try harder to get the whole form. Beauty is not necessarily in the face alone, and as an artist you must understand that beauty itself is not an innate attribute of the subject. Its a perception of the subject that creates beauty. Very mundane and normal things can be made beautiful through the right kinds of expression.

But for now, start creating the upper body, then lower body, then arms, legs, etc. And get into the habbit of gesture drawing. The rest of this mechanical stuff, you will learn with time. But always try to push normal objects into subjects of beauty and admiration.

Good luck, and work hard!

This is a nice start so far on your people sketches. I'll echo what the others have said - you need to watch your proportions when drawing people. There are many guides in the Loomis books already mentioned.

Andrew Loomis: Figure Drawing for All Its Worth - This one is available online for free. If you do a google search you should be able to find it in JPG or PDF format.

Betty Edwards: Drawing on the Right Side of the Brain - It's helpful for teaching you how to see objects and people as strictly shapes and spaces. And exercises like blind contours help develop hand-eye coordination. I found it quite helpful.

:)
