Hey all, I am looking for a 1GHZ P3 FCPGA(1000/256/133/1.75)SL52R or comperable stepping code to run with this cpu.
Preferrably a used one that works well.
I have one and would like to find another cheap. I had a friend who was going to possibly give one to me, but that fell through.
I will pay for it, but I do not want to pay high dollar like ebay, $50-80 is too high for a used cpu when I can get a new 1ghz P3 for $90.00 shipped.
I do not want to go that route because I cannot justify paying that for a cpu that is outdated when a AMD Athlon XP 2500+(333) goes for for aprox. $90.00.
I am looking for another one so I can build a Dual CPU renderbox so I do not tie up my wifes box(which is too slow, and it makes her mad) or my workstation rendering intense frames for months at a time.
Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanx.:) :p
