what should i do.
first modelling then texturing and at last lighting?
or first modelling then lighting and at last texturing?
to save rendertime!

I would do the lighting and texturing at the same time, since they are so dependant on eachother...

IMO, do the modelling and texturing at the same time! While you model, always take texturing in consideration. This will save time, and keep maintain sanity. If you plan to model more complex things.
Later, Unwrapping something will drive you nuts... :D

i do texturing first, remember when you just want to test out lighting before you render turn things like maps and effects off if your just looking at the lighting and animation, but you gotta test it a bit with textures, i normally test textures with single frames... anyway thats my tip to save time and that
i mean i do texturing (first thing) after modeling, of couse there will be a little back and fourth between the two to get things looking top notch
