I have models that I am texturing for a game...
I use unwrap UVW modifier to create my coordinates..paint the map in photoshop and save as 32 bit Targa from photoshop...put it on the model and it looks fine..on my machine...
when I send the files to my partner he opens the model up in max and the texture map is tiled everywhere...the map just repeats all over the object very small....
he says that it mentions something about photometric files...but I'm not sure exactly what that means....
does anyone know how to fix this...how to get the maps to display correctly?
