Yet another first time entry. Its gonna be two trees growing together and swing hanging from the connected branches, they'll probably be a fary or something glowing above the swing. they'll be 5 black lily's arranged around the swing, other than that hopefully strong atmosphere, fog and all, heres the initial sketch

Hey James,
Nice idea so far. Think about staging, so you dont make it too static. YOu have a nice balance with a tree on each side, but that can get boring fast. Try an overhead shot, or an oblique angle. There's plenty of time though. Try it out after you get some models made.

Just a note since you haven't started modeling yet: a lot of people are doing fairies. Maybe you would want to do some other magical creature like a hobbit/ogre/orc/elf/cherub/...
I just say this because with so many fairies being done a different creature might help make your piece stand out a bit more.

No offence meant, just a suggestion.:D
