Trying to make some thing like this

I am trying particle playground not to good so far maybe some one know how to work it better with it or a better way?

i think you're gonna have more luck if you try using particular for that effect. you will have to use multiple particle emitters that will have gravity and physics enabled.

as for having a synchronized look so that the water shoots in a similar direction but offset in time, you're going to have to animate the wind and physics parameters.

Trapcode Particular is your best bet for that type of effect (I've used it numerous times to create pyrotechnics - which oddly look like fountain spurts but with fire).

If you want I can give the comp (CS4) with those settings and you can play with it... Let me know.
