Hi,
I am fairly inexperience in rigging and hope someone can shed some light in the issue I am facing.
I got a rigged prop that works great in Maya. When I exported it as FBX and bring it into MotionBuilder for mocap purpose, the joints present an offset and cause the bound geometry twisted. I noticed that the joints has non-zero translation values as they are bound to the prop. If this is the reason causing the offset, is there a workaround during the FBX export or in MotionBuilder that I can apply to fix the problem without redo the whole rig from scratch in Maya.

joints offset up and down in MotionBuilder when brought in as FBX

thanks.
