The motion on that sim is looking awesome. I would work a bit on the speed and the shading! Great Start!

You've got some nice sims going on! About the last one:
The flames seem to have no damp/drag/wind resistance whatsoever, if you have a flamethrower spitting flames with such pressure/speed you should have lots of swirl going on negative to the direction of the velocity.

Cristian, thanks for your reply. There is a wind force blowing in the opposite direction. I think the swirls are missing, cause the flames are dying pretty quick and the turbulence is quite big.

is should be a lot smaller in comparison to the guy. A shadow will also help the realism.
