can we paint seams in zbrush?

Take a look at the free plugin called ZApplink. It allows you to take a screen shot of your model and send it over to Photoshop to paint on. When you are done, save the file and go back to zbrush. Zbrush will ask if you want to pick up the changes made in Photoshop,say yes and repeat as often as you need.
The plugin can be found on pixologics website.
