So i want to make an iPhone case using maya 2010. I am pretty dang new to modeling and only know dead on basics.
I first tried to make an iPhone case by making a:
polygon rectangle,
cutting near edges
and then smoothing.
Looked like a decent iPhone shape than:
I duplicated shape,
scaled duplicate smaller,
Booleaned the two to create decent case look
I tried to Boolean a circle for the camera... but no go boolean freaked and deleted both shapes...
What is a better way to make a case or a way around boolean's issues????
