Hey, so I am having issues using trees with meshes from 3ds max. A screenshot will explain absolutely everything.

How do I go about fixing this? Also, notice how grainy/noisy the trees are. Would there be a way of solving this issue as well? It's not related to the render quality in Vue's render settings, I've tried that.
