The only thing I would say is that there is no variation in color...
Which is rare...
Even the most bland skin tones to have variations in certian areas...
Any where the skin rubs like under the armpits and other places,if the skin is dark it will be lighter,if it is lighter then the color often times will be darker...
So thats about the only crit I would have is that it is just too bland and needs a little life into it.
The blood veins are ok but a little variance in the size of them would be a plus.

Can you show the whole model?
Looks pretty intresting.

From the first picture the first thing i thought of was the gimp character in soul calibre but i have to agree with ryu it does remind me of dbz but a much cooler character

1) I like the head it just looks interesting
2)Very nice textures
3)To improve this you could add more subtle blending on the blue skin colour (as wgreenlee1 said)
3) You could add white scratches to the leather

Finaly nice job could easily be a fighting character in mortal kombat I really like this one.

I really like the character very much , you just could to work a little more the texture , some variatios , stains, moles or something like that.
Other than that is very cool. Send us more poses of him.

Thats is a great character!!

Nicely modelled

About the texture, the clothes seem to me ok, in the skin iŽll add more color variation, something subtle, for instance you could add some purple or redish or brownish coloring to the veins, and some spots here and there... i think it will add to the character...
But something subtle, slight variations...

Keep on!!

the artist is james hawkins. its a nice model, but if you're going to model something directly from an image that someone else did, you should at least know their name so you can credit them.
i hope he won't mind me putting the link to his image

I see where you're going with the webbed fingers, but in my opinion it's not fine enough.. perhaps the tapering ends should be thinner and the middle of the strand might look cool with a hole in it. Maybe use SSS (sub-surface-scattering) to give the illusion of the skin in those webs being thinner.

But the rest of the model is superb.

Man, this guy looks awesome! I love your cloth and skin textures! You should really show us an animation or something; he would look really cool!
