The model is nice, and the skin texture is very convincing,along with his actual hair. But I agree, the beard and eyebrows are detracting from the overall image, mostly because they are solid black and show no indication of highlights.

I agree, the model looks real good. The eyebrows more than anything just looks like a PS brush was used.
