Tombob 06-25-2010, 04:51 PM Hello,
i am working on a short video, this demon is the main character,
this is my first completed model, so i made some mistakes early on,
i am corrently rigging him for animation, this is the displacement and textured model in mudbox befor being imported back into maya.

(personally,) it feels like the lines over each part are sort of overshadowing the lines between each part. I looked at it and it felt like too much may have been going on. Maybe defining the edges of the muscles more, or making the other lines more subtle, but that is what I get from first impressions.
The general topology seems fine, and the silhouette seems to "read" well, but it feels too consistent in general, like perhaps there needs to more large variation between sections of the body, like changes in coloring.
Good luck!
