hey
i have a big problem with rigs
i made an object with wight maps and rigs in lightwave 9.5 the model was exported from 3dsmax as an obj and looked good on lightwave
every thing worked fine i renderd an animation on my computer and it looks o.k
but
i hed to render it again in a render farm so i sent the model and its roots(model textures and secens) and they rendered it for me, but in their renders all the mashes that had rigs
distorted and smear all over the place like it dont have a wight map on it

i have never seen anything like it

need help

Most likely the farm you sent it to is using a different version of LW from you. There were big changes made to rigging between 93, and 95, and further smaller changes between 95 and 96.

When doing something of this nature, its usually best to bake the mesh deforms/anims down to MDD first, so nothing can get lost or altered between users.

thank you for the help
in the end it was somthing simpler
i had to change the subdevision order of the objects properties from first to last in layout

the mmd plug solution was my second possibility
