Try Maxon, it's on their US and UK site (not German though) in the purchase section under plugins.
Good luck though because depending on who you speak to at Maxon they may tell they can/can't create a serial number for you. I know of at least one person who has got a new serial from them but you may be in for a lot of phone calls/emails to get results! - Baz (I haven't managed it yet!)
