Cool, now let's see some of your work with it.

So far I have finished 3/4 the video tutorials, they are quite good and I am enjoying the lessons. When you switch from C4D and the video tutorials the video pauses automatically and restarts once you switch back, a nice touch. The lessons are easy to follow and the project scenes seem ideal enough to learn and play around with. The manual itself is about the same size as the main manual, but not as heavy, and not made of quality semi-gloss paper. I would highly recommend getting the CD if you haven't already done so, it is IMHO the quickest and enjoyable way to learn BP R2.

I haven't ordered my copy yet, a little tough with my budget now, no work:thumbsdow. I might borrow some money from my parents though.

The manual and Tutorial CD(which just recently has been shipped) comes with BP R2 if you paid the extra for them. I think for those who didn't the tutorials might be available as downloads.

Just ordered mine $295 edu price couldnt pass it up. BP R2 looks like photoshop on steriods. tjnyc have you used it with maya yet? word on the street is that it comes with a maya to bp plug.
Every copy of BP2 ships with a tutorial CD and a "Read along" booklet covering the tuts on the cd.
