Hey its looking good sor far but I think he needs to be leaning forwards a bit more during the strike. If you look at some footage of wrestles performing the move they really lean into it to help keep their ballance.

This clip although bad quality shows what I mean in slow motion.

Keep it up

thanks for the comments

Very good point about having the character lean more into the hit to add more force and balance. Thanks for the reference video. On my update I'll make sure to add the lean into the character

Speaking as an Animator as well as a former Pro Wrestler, You really gotta drive through with the arm that is clotheslining the guy. It's so far back in your animation. The way we were taught to clothesline was you bend you arm and pretend there's a little head on the guy's shoulder and you try to punch that head, but you don't keep your arm straight and you want to drive through with your hit.

wow. That sounds like a long story.

anyways, The guy who gets hit rotates clockwise for no reason. I would understand if it helped the silhouette, but I'm not sure it does. A little tilt would be cool but he turns like 90 degrees.

Hello,

bonkanailios: yeah, I know what you mean. I need to take away a lot of the rotation I have on the Biped as he hits the ground. I'm going to try take it down 45 degrees on my next update (maybe even down to about a 10 degree turn) to see what that looks like.

Anyways, here is an update of the closeline animation. I added some follow-through to the swing to add more force and make the hit more believable. So what do you all think.

I will hopefully have a new update very soon with a better run and fall for the Biped getting hit

Any comments or criticisms are always welcome

Hello,

Here is a new update to my close line animation. Added more twist to the body after being hit to help sell the landing, and fixed the run just before being hit. Comments are Critiques are always welcome.
