It is because you have not defined exactly what is your problem.

At least i cannot understand what is exactly your problem.

Cheers.

ok look han=vent got time to look at anything but I can guess that your mesh is wrongkys et up - is it dealuney mesh with enough etail? if there is not enough detail you will get the solver producing noithibg useful. Also, loom at using a driver to skinwrap to your final mesh,. this saves time solving for overky subdivided polys. I can't really go into it much more but really, this forum is not for newbies trying to find their way around the software, unfirtunaekty, i know rhat;s not an ideak situation but that is the fact, None could be bothered that much when it reakky is just a case if you trying all the paranmeters at yr disposal and doing yr own work..the cloth solver in max is veruy fast and very good so any probvlems will ahve to do with scale parameters or mesh density settings that's all i can tell u,,,good luck

I completly disagree with you, this forum IS for newbies and not newbies, that is the great thing about cgtalk, newbies can contact experts that can help them :)
In fact i'm in this forum since my first days in 3d and everybody helped me alot always, really great experts like Jeff Patton, PEN, Bobo, etc...

His problem may be related with the scene units setup in combination with the cloth units setup, also with a couple more of settings, but the first thing i need to know is the scene units configuration.

Cheers.

tnx CerberusC .maybe im newbie in the cloth simulation but im pro in animating and i cant change my forum for each issue.
by the way my system units r in generic units.i think the only thing i need is to change the cloth settings but the problem is there r so many settings and i dont know how do they works by their values:D

What you told me was the Display Units (the generic units) but the system units are always as inches, centimeters or something else, you can find it in the button "System Units" inside the dialog of the Display Units.

I ask you for this because you have configured cloth at 2,54cm/unit and the gravity at -980.0, you should make sure that your scene is in inches, if it's in centimeters you should configure the cm/unit at 1.0.
Also the presets in the cloth parameters are realistic presets, i don't see your simulation so bad, but if you want the simulation to be more realistic you have to decrease the step size to something like 0.002, increase the subsample to 2 and activate the Check Intersections, also activate the Advanced Pinching.

Think that with this values your simulation will be far more accurate, but it will need longer time to solve.

Also when you have variuos cloths that are interacting you can simulate all at once or one by one, i usually prefer to simulate one by one because i avoid problems inside the simulation, so i start by the lowest piece of cloth, launch a simulation with this piece alone, then i continue with the next(with other cloth simulator) and now the first is only a collision object, and i follow like this until everything is simulated, so you can configure different parameters of quality for every piece of cloth.

I hope this helps you. :)

Cheers.
