you should work on the lighting. especially, the light underneath the robot, it looks like its hardly casting any light on him. Can you post a bigger image? Its hard to comment on the rest.

are you using maya? if so, do you have any ambient lights in the scene?

i will post a bigger image. nope its done in max. i will further improve once i finish on my current project~ thx for ur comment:)

i still have more to learn. :D
