Applying Time Stretch and Radial Blur

Hi there,
I'm pretty new with fusion, and i wondered how to do the following:

Having a radial blur (animated value) and at the same Time rewind the Footage...is that possible? If yes, How?

Tried to do sth like: Loader -> blur -> Time Stretch, doesnt work
and: Loader -> Blur, Loader -> Stretch, --> Merge

if you don't need to animate time reverse, I recommend a more easly time speed tool whit -1 speed and, if you add a directional blur later, you can do all animation of it without time speed influence.
