I'm working on a project that requires me to have animations trigger different sound files. Using the sound operator in Xpresso, I have a simple and successful set up where a boolean check box is checked and the sound file plays within Cinema 4D. Once I get my main set up complete, I want my render from Cinema 4d to include the audio that is triggered in Xpresso from a few different sources.

However my renders don't include the audio. I have the checkbox activated in the render settings "Include Sound" and I can get C4D to render audio once you add it as a specialty track to an object in the timeline.

They key to this is being able to use Xpresso to decide what sounds are played and when, it will save me a ton of time and quite possible make this project doable in the end. If anyone knows how to get rendered sound using the Sound Node I would greatly appreciate some help. Thanks.

I'm going to bump this...I am still looking for any help out there on this. I picked up my project again and I'm still stuck with this. Has anyone had success with exporting sound in Cinema 4D?
