Hi, is there a way to convert a maya joints and bones system so it can be read into max as max bones?

with the fbx import/export plugins (www.kaydara.com) you are able to convert bone structures, animations and models (without skin nodes). the problem is, that the imported bones in max are the old ones (max 3) .
