Red Eye Studio just came out with the RE:MOTION™ Library System… It has 150+ mocap moves that are already looped and transitioned, and ready for use in Max, Lightwave, XSI, Kaydara, and Maya. These are great moves to use as a finished product or to tweak and make them your own!
