Your best bet would be to do this in Mudbox, zBrush or 3dCoat. You can create this in Maya using nCloth as well, but why? Is this piece going to static or are you going to animate it later on?

its gonna be a static model , however those lines that u can see on napkin are so important to me, so any idea ?
btw im beginner in maya , is that a good idea to learn other softwares like Zbrush beside maya ?

In this case you're better off creating a low rez model in Maya, create a good UV map. When you're done take it into Mudbox and sculpt the folds. It will look softer and more natural.

It is a good idea to learn as many packages as you can. I personally would do this using nCloth. I could simulate it faster than I could sculpt it, but that is all about personal skill and experience. It sounds like you are new to both Maya and sculpting so either way you are going to have to take some time to ramp up your skills.

Once you simulate your nCloth into a good position you can just duplicate the geometry to make it static.

Okay so what you need to do is;

1. Make a polygon plane, give it a good ammount of divisions as to get that kind of detail you will need a lot of faces.
2. nDynamics>nMesh>Create N Cloth..
3. Increase the maximum frames shown to 2-300 at the bottom of the screen, then press play.
4. You will undoubtedly need to tinker with the settings of the ncloth; though its worth checking out the presets at the top of the attributes bar.
5. Once you have the right consistency for the cloth ...go to...nSolver>Initial State>Set from current (have the mesh at the frame which is closest to how you want it to look

---
You may need to apply a transformer (nConstraint menu) and rotate the transformer to get the push and pull of the cloth right.

The fastest way to make a static ncloth is when you have the shape you think is correct, just duplicate it and delete the original. Yes, I'm too lazy to go into the ncloth menu drop down!

I couldn't say which settings exactly, though in the presets for "nclothshape1" there are settings saved for a silk material. This may be what you need, though it might be too ..silky. lol So increase its friction parameters.

ive done this in Maya using ncloth , the shader looks alright , however the lighting aint the realistic , i used physical sky light for render... any idea to make this more realistic ?

It depends, where is this cloth suppose to be? Is it supposed to be outside? What other objects are going to be in the scene?

It doesn't look like you textured it yet either.

say its gonna be next to couple o' tools like screw driver n stuff like that , location will be in a garage , afternoon lighting .
actually ive applied velvet shader into it , but i don really know how to connect textures into my shader , i tried but when i render it only renders the texture " cloth " rather than rendering velvet shader .
any idea ?
