i have make a bit of changes to the mouth. hopefuly can correct the mistake.
this time i gave it a higher polygon.

hmm strange... last time I looked at it there was a redrival replacement image on the place of your picture... but it's visible to me now.
Nice piece! What's the zipper in it's head for?

the zipped head is quite a nice touch, quite unusual and the chinese umbrella too.
looks like he's about to say something profound ...
and what about a little cat nose on your map ? I think maybe the head would read a bit better.
