Unfortunately for this poor motorist, Tammy the ticket maid has caught him parked in a no parking zone.
My work is loosely based on the "BladeRunner" environment and has provided me with many hours of enjoyment. Thank you for your consideration and crits are very welcome.

This was done entirely in photoshop.

you have a great concept on the scene, you still have more time to add more detail on it.. good luck!!!

-Techguy: Thanks for the response, I will probably revisit this piece soon, just had to take a step back from it and try to visualize what else I need to do, it has become very frustrating so I am working on a bit different scene atm. Many things I am unhappy with in this scene and hopefully I can fix them before the deadline ;).
