Hi all,

I'm currently working on a project with a friend of mine (a demo for a real time physics engine).

In this project I need to export a spline from Max into ASE format.
What definition of the Bézier curve has 3dsmax 4.2 ? By the way, what other types of splines does it handle ?

For the moment we have difference between the max model and the rendered model in my friend's app.

Here is an exemple of difference on an helix :

The helix done in max is made this way : create a helix with 10 turns, then tranform it to a Spline, then convert all its vertices into Bézier mode.

Any help would be warmly welcomed ! Thanks by advance bye !

hummmm...it seems nobody can answear me :(

My friend has found a solution so that what we see in Max can be the same in the app.

In fact, Discreet or I don't know who in fact does not give this type of information, unless you're a member of their ADN network.

And it is outrageously expensive to be member of this high-end club :annoyed:

This kind of politic makes me really sad.
Maybe I'm not alone....

Thanks for your time and byeBye !
