Hey everyone!! I call upon the gods of 3d to help me!! I'm needing to make a screw in Maya, and I've failed at every attempt to create one. Does anyone know of a technique that will result in a decent screw shape, or maybe a mel script that will automatically generate one?

please help, and thanks in advance for any.

theres a good helix script on highend...that should help
