I need to either render backwards or make the default light be where frame 560 is because I have a long render afterward that has it starting at that frame

I read some scripting and I got this script but it ant working
render -560 -e 1 -b -1 -cam camera1 -im PrayingMan -rd C:\HELL\output\images -proj C:\HELL PrayingMan

I think I have the end wrong because of were its at
This is where I want the output at (C:/Users/LordMaddog/Documents/maya/projects/HELL/images/PrayingMan#.png)

I don't understand,why not render forward and then reverse animation in comp?

because I have tones of objects animated and it be almost impossible to
