Preview bump map with color map

It is not clear what you mean by "preview a bump map with a color map". Please explain in detail what it is you want to do.

In Zbrush there is a bumpmap previewer material but then it's in all grays. I am a Mudbox user and I can do that in Mudbox with all the maps can be previewed.

But in Zbrush there's only the bump map previewer material but the texture I painted is not there and gets applied to the bumps. Is there a way to preview the material with color and bump in Zbrush.

As far as I know zbrush only paints in single channel. not sure how you can achieve that.
