The good thing about this is you never have to worry about real estate -land space; which makes this boat slightly lower priced compared to land based home, as you can dock to places you wanted. Four rooms and one guest room, kitchen, bathrooms, spa, jacuzzi. It also have radar for safety and navigation, GPS, wifi, radios etc.
The main board that interface the water is made of composite materials (carbon fiber-stronger than steel) for impact resistance and lightweight. It also have two catamaran support beams that is hydraulic powered which can be raised higher or lower that respond to changing ocean tides for safety and stability. The foundation and basic mainframe is made of high grade aluminum and the rest are made of fiberglass materials. It is powered by 3 to 4 engines for speed.
