our team is going to model a big building for our resume and animate it from a small brick to the whole building.some kind of simulating the process of making a building.
still we dont have any idia about the building.i need some pics of big building or markets or factories or what ever u may think that is good for our project.an imaginary art pic may work too :D.we just need references for our base idia.

How do you intend to animate the building? Time-lapse style with trucks, cranes, etc. or in some kind of stylised organic growing style?
If it's time lapse, perhaps I can do a little bit of shameless self-promotion here and suggest this advertisement as reference (time lapse animation done by yours truly)?

The world is stuffed with pictures of buildings. Go take some, then perspective-match a cube to the buildings in the shot. Subdivide the cube into the smallest block-size that you intend to use.
Now, slide the edge seams on each face to coincide with the various useful visual features on the outside of the building (windows, doors, ornamentation).
To complete the time-lapse effect you will of course work backwards, animating each block to move completely out-of-frame in one step at the chosen time; i.e. it "disappears." You should mark keyframes at a fairly short interval but do not (re)move too many things in every single one. People who are building a building move around to different areas and finish tasks at different rates.
Don't forget to also vary the light. Photos are not taken at precisely the same time or in the same weather.
You don't need an "idea." You need to get busy! :) And most of all, observe.
