i want to make a reall screw.
but how do i get that done.. cant find documentation on how to get the screwthread done(dont know the english word really)
can someone help out

to make threads I think lofting a helix with the proper thread shape, and then using a boolean to attach it to the actual screw would be the way to go.

Right, this is going to be tough to describe but I'll try. For the thread only:
1. Make helix rad 1=10 rad 2=10 height=200 turns=25
2. Convert to splne
3. Add extrude modifier with amount=8
4. Convert to poly
5. Select all the faces and flip normals
6. Select all the verts and weld=0.1
7. Select one of the vertical edges
8. Select ring
9. Select connect with 1 segment
10. Select one of the horizontal edges
11. Select Loop
12. Scale this in X/Y only
