Hi,

I have set up a good camera angle and zoom factor for my scene.(see original)

http://www.spiral1.fi/Misc/Tela_testi2_increase.jpg

Now I need to enlarge the view so the reflection and the left shadow shows completely.
Problem is that if I move the camera farther, the object is no longer in same perspective as with the original.
How can I enlarge the view without changing the perspective or zoom factor?

Thanks!

cant you just increase the size(resolution) of the render. Say your rending at 800 X 600. Change it(resolution) to custom and change the width and height to better fit your image

or just use one of the higher res presets

Hi Calilife. Itīs not that simple but I got answer from another forum :

In the camera properties panel change the lens focal length pop up menu to Horizontal FOV. Copy the number in the edit field to the right of the button. Now increase the camera pixel dimensions height to be big enough to get your reflection. Then refersh the Horizontal FOV edit field by choosing Focal Length and then choose Horizontal FOV again. Now paste the original horizontal FOV value back into the edit field. Your image should now be the same as it was originally but it will have more pixels top and bottom.

Do the same thing with the Vertical FOV to make the image wider to get your shadow.
