I have some models that a friend of mine scanned, unfortunately they are in .ply format and I have no idea how to convert them. Any help would be appreciated.

the program deep exploration from right hemisphere can read the .ply format. unfortunatly you can`t convert it in the demo version. maybe you find someone who has the full version of exploration and can convert it for you.

Thanks for the tip, I just found out about quick 3d (www.quick3d.com) The shareware version seems to work ok, I am converting right now. :beer:
