SGI F220 Monitor

All I know about it is that it's an LCD screen. That said, I don't know much else about it, but isn't it old?

No, the F220 just came on the market. You're must be thinking of the 1600SW Monitor that SGI stopped production on and is a few years old

Ah yeah that's the one I was thinking of...the 1600. I'll see if I can find anything about the F220 and post the links here.
