very simple,I don't any disturbing numbers or formats, but when I copy and paste them into AE,I just don't work.I've read that you need only copy the text data and choose and single-click the AE layer name and paste, and it should automatically create the position keyframes for this layer according to the txt data .But why it just don't work on my side? Please someone help me on this and tell me the standard workflow of this step. Many thanks!

Try aenhancers.com, maybe there is a script solution for that.

There's information in this section about the format that the data is expected to be in and how you copy and paste it:
"Edit keyframe values using a spreadsheet or text editor" (http://help.adobe.com/en_US/aftereffects/cs/using/WS98BCDDB7-89CB-49cb-B94D-6CEB6CED4462a.html)

Hello,
This is what I tried and it works for me. (mac + AE CS4)
I first copied 1 position-keyframe from a solid in AE. I pasted that in an empty text file.
Then I copied your data into it and added tabs between the values. In the text editor I copied everything and pasted that on the AE position track.

[edit] this is basically what Todd said before :)
