CGTalk - demo reel question

Hey all,
I'm getting ready to finalize my demo reel and I've got two questions: 1) What file format should I render the demo reel? avi? mov? 2)Should I use DVD+R or DVD-R or regular CD for burning?

I'm getting ready to finalize my demo reel and I've got two questions: 1) What file format should I render the demo reel? avi? mov?For what purpose? For further encoding to a DVD? Doesn't matter. Pick whatever the encoding software ets, as uncompressed as possible.

If you talk about a clip for uploading on your website I suggest using a h.264 compressed Quicktime movie.
