Great render, however it doesnt look like a thunderbird at all ;)
If I had to guess without the logo i would have said a Mustang!

I agree it doesn't look much like a thunderbird.

But, that's not the biggest problem here. The car is far too bright to fit into that scene. Take a look at some of the car in the background, they are reflecting much less light, especially toward the bottom of the cars. Try reducing the amount of light in the scene.

nice tbird, looks like a 87 turbo coupe, I would try and make the headlights a little shorter, not allot, just that they just looks a little big to me, my dad has one of these, but its the v6 without that hood. Nice work man!

I looked at some photos of the car, almost looks like the whole nose section above the bumper is just a little to tall, that what I mean, and the center section between the headlights with the tbird logo looks to wide, I'm not sure what is off, but looks like its almost there.

I'm kinda born and raised by a ford family, I want to get that turbo motor one of these days into my notch mustang. anyways. hehe

Jb5k1 & Duffman:
Actually it looks exactly like a TBIRD.

Back in the 80's ford made the TBird and the mustang look alot alike.. Think it was cheaper to manufacture cause they used some of the same parts.

Nice work on the model, I think the biggest is the birghtness of the car and the reflections.. As suggested earlier putting some HDRI reflections on the car would really help.

All that parking space and you still manage to obstruct the driveway. How inconsiderate of you Imatk! ;)

Thanks for the replies everyone :)

Yeah I think that front-end should be slightly more slanted and rounded. Unfortunately my background pics that I worked from (a model kit) showed a much more upright and angular face.

I've thought of how I could go back and make it rounder aside from remodeling the whole darn thing I'm not sure.

I used Lightwave to model and render it. Added a little grain in Photoshop.

Heh yeah I actually didn't notice that I had blocked the drive... oops :D

awesome model but you should make it look grimier especially with the tires and rims but great all in all:thumbsup:
