Its a nice idea, but having a tank which requires stabalizers to fire is a huge no NO.

The AA version doesnt look like it can point straight up, which it must be able to do.

The grenade launchers dont connect to the main body, they look too stamped on rather than welded onto the part, which is what would happen.

Its very stumpy, with a V8 in there, there wouldnt be much room for the crew.

Let alone the extra 6 or 8 troops if it's an APC. . .

On your anti tank version. . . do the rocket pods some how contract into the body? (eats up considerable room then) If so, it seems that the arms are too long and would stick through the other side, or into each other if contracted. If you would like to keep this configuration, you may want to offset the arms so they can contract between each other

I agree with the stabilization comment as well. . . not necessary, and would actually get in the way more than anything else.

On your AA version, it may work better to have a cannon as well as some rockets. Many times cannons can be quite effective against Aircraft.

This is actually also true for the Anti Tank version, direct fire cannons would probably more effective than rockets. You could however make your rockets more effective by pointing them somewhat up, and saying that they are laser guided, designed to come down on top of the tank where the armor is weakest.

Anyway. . . I say cannons.

Your models look good btw, I like the base APC design you've got, I think you jsut need to reconsider your weapon choices.
