does anyone try this b4?
create a camera, create image plane.
use env sky as texture.
check use cloud texurtes. under the color slot of cloud texture, u've got to increase the UV to get the cloud scattered all over the sky.
the problem is, if u attach ur camera to a path which flows in different direction and also across the origin of space (0,0,0). u'll get a rendered animation with clouds in the 1st few frames (if ur camera starts from away of origin), and then u'll see the clouds reducing when it gets closer to origin. after that, the clouds amout increase again when it gets away from origin.
does anyone has a solutions on this?
from what i've observed. it calculate the amout of clouds according to the distance of camera away from it's origin. so if the camera position is (3,15,4) the cloud texture will follow the parimeter of this in the clouds UV.
well, i knew i can always use file texture for background. but i would like to explore the compatibility of Maya itself.
thanks in advance.
