hi,

i have a mograph text object inside a cloner with the clone-count set to 30. i want to link the clone index number (plus 1) of each clone to the text field of the cloned text object via xpresso. how can i do that? any help appreciated :)

You can't change attributes of cloned objects on a per clone basis.

What you can do however is have 30 copies of your text as childs of the cloner (easily created by Functions > Duplicate for example) and use XPresso to feed the index of the text in the hierarchy into the text itself.

yeah i had success with the hierarchy node but it's not dynamic. it would be cool to change clones dynamically... hopefully maxon will change that
