I'm working on a small animated film right now, just like everyone else ;) ...anyway, I made this little lip sync piece with c4d using bones for the facial animation. enjoy :)

Not bad. You need to involve the whole face in the lip sync. At the moment it seems a bit like the face is seperated from the mouth. Also try only moving the mouth on the major sounds, it might help ground the sync together.

Well done, this is the most difficult part of animation, and I still have to see a decent lip sync animation (cartoon lip sync aside).

IM doing a short film Also in cinema4DXl and the lipsynch is very hard
