I am well aware this is a noob type question but I'm having a hard time placing these buttons onto my model without things looking completely screwed up. I thought I would be able to Boolean them right on to create the holes and then come back and place the actual buttons inside. Does anyone have a better opinion on what to do or a good tutorial that I can look at. I would love to know the correct way how to do this.

Or is my model so jacked up that it needs to be deleted and restarted. If so what should I do differently. Thanks guys. Renders below...

www.mrbluesummers.com (http://www.mrbluesummers.com) and his Monday movie series have 2 (that I know of so far) tutorials that cover placing rivets using paths and the spacing tool. Have a look at those to see if they are of help. They're step by step, very clear, and about 5 minutes long.

Thank you very much. I actually just saw that just a little before you posted it. A lot of his videos have been pretty helpful actually.
