CGTalk - WIP demo reel in AE

I have my first WIP demo reel in AE, and was wondering where would be the best place to get some critique, it is in .mov form so I can`t post it here, any other sites or ways to get useful feedback...

you could upload it to vimeo.com and post the corresponding link in these forums and elsewhere. I think they even except .mov http://vimeo.com/help/compression
