I'm registered for a long time. I was too intimitated to post something. So i read posts and was still intimidated =)
Now it's time for my first post .
The cans were made just for fun.

It looks great, but i think u could cut the hided half of the sphere in the top of the cans (the blue, yellow and orange squashed spheres) - i mean we see only half of it, I say: save polygons...
Anyway, a question: As u see, I'm in saving polygons - the less polygons u use, it's better, as long as u don't damage your image ofcourse... So, why do the cylinders (the cans' bodies) have 5 raws of polygons instead of just 1? I've seen many great 3d artists do that, and I started to think there's something I don't know, after all, I see myself as a progressive-beginner (or a beginner-proffesional - depends of point of view :cool: )... nah I can't put "proffesional" in my degree yet.
thx for C&C, especially Artist 3D. i definately havo to put an eye on saving polygons. in this case it's not that weighty but in more complex scenes i'll have to improve my modelling.
